It’s our 6th month together now, with my roommate. He was there before me, and I pretty clearly remember the first day I entered the flat. I don’t believe it, but my friends persistently claim that, my gayness is quite well-palpable, meh, they understand nothing! But they turned out to be right, my future roommate’s gestures in that very moment, when he saw me were terrifying. Like he was about to cry… but why? “Hey, I’m your new roommate, darling!”I said and cast a cute smile. This didn’t make the things get better… I think he was already guessing that this room was going to be used for a lot of fantasies. Actually, It was – almost every time he went out. I think everyone at the floor could confirm that, as the walls are extremely thin..but that’s not my fault!

Surprisingly, we quickly became friends, he was very kind. He would always let me know, if I have forgotten my make-up tools in the bathroom, though, having a lubricant left on his bureau wasn’t that nice, but that wasn’t me, my boyfriend used to forget everything else while kissing me. My roommate was getting used to me over the days, though, he would never get used to my erotic underwear. It couldn’t have been that difficult, after all, I guess… Yet, we have problems. One of them is the bathroom! The bathroom belongs to me, I need time to put my make-up, epilation… you know, these activities take time, but he would get inside and lock the door, just an hour before my date. “Damn you, bitch, get outta there, I have a date!!!” are my usual lines, and he would answer: “If you just call me bitch once again, I’ll rape you!”, then my short and clear response would be: “Bitch!”. Somebody has to write a guide about gays, I’d buy it for my roommate, he just cannot understand how important the bathroom is for me!

Oh, actually, sometimes I feel guilty. Every single time when I invite just a normal friend to our flat he pretends to be sleeping, these moments are his scariest nightmares, he’s all the time in expectation to see two boys kissing in front of him. Last time he just tried to keep the boy busy talking to him, to prevent any unwilled action… I so wished just to tell him that my friend was hetero, anyway.

Fortunately, overtime all these strange things at first glance, gradually became part of our routine and he gets no more surprises. The last surprising thing to him was when I embellished the room for Christmas, having a pink Christmas Tree was a little bit too much for him, I guess.
