Is Farrah Fawcett’s son guilty of a homophobic attack? That’s what one gay man is saying in a lawsuit.

Ken Fox, a gay man living in L.A. has filed a statement of damages against Redmond O’Neal for 100 million. According to The Blast, the statement of damages includes:

    • $15 million: pain and suffering
    • $15 million: emotional distress
    • $200,000: medical expenses
    • $1 million: future medical expenses
    • $200,000: lost earnings to date
    • $5 million: future lost earnings
    • $1 million: attorneys’ fees
    • $50 million: civil penalties
    • $20 million: punitive damages

Last year, we shared with you that an L.A. man was allegedly attacked by Redmond O’Neal, the son of Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O’Neal.

Ken Fox accused O’Neal of assaulting him on May 2, 2018. Fox says he was on the way to a local laundromat when O’Neal approached him. O’Neal then allegedly called Fox several gay slurs and beat him with a beer bottle.

This isn’t the first time that O’Neal is in legal trouble. He was facing several felony charges after an alleged crime spree that month. He has been accused of assaulting four other men, two of whom were critically injured.

Ken Fox then held a press conference with his attorney Gloria Allred last September.

According to USA Today, “Fox said the man snarled, ‘What are you looking at,’ adding a common gay slur. ‘I was not dressed provocatively. All I did was look up when I saw him approach me.’ Fox said the slur the man used amounts to ‘hate speech’ and is “just one of many offensive terms used to make gay men feel ashamed of themselves.”

Fox added:

“I have spent the last four months recovering from what Redmond O’Neal did to me. I am speaking out today because I need to do what I can to make sure that this man never injures or hurts another defenseless ‘faggot’ ever again. That’s what Mr. O’Neal called me right before he sucker punched me. The word faggot is hate speech and just one of many offensive terms used to make gay men feel ashamed of themselves.”
