25-year-old artist Luis Valencia is an artist, working with oil paints, photography, paper cutouts, and ballpoint pens. He graduated from Georgia Highlands College with an associate of arts and currently living in L.A. His work is detailed and very expressive. he uses techniques to emphasize the ideas he's trying to expose, such as blurring "the line between photorealism and painterliness as well as balance minimalism."
