Former GOP chair arrested for masturbating in bushes outside his estranged wife’s apartment
Jonathan Parker, the former Idaho Republican state party chair, was arrested for masturbating in public outside of his estranged wife’s apartment. Parker was wearing a wig when he was arrested, and said the entire thing was a “grand misunderstanding.”
He was booked him into the Ada County Jail on a felony first-degree stalking charge. Parker and his wife are going through divorce proceedings and she has a restraining order against him until the split is formalized.
