Valeriya Lutkowska, Ukraine’s Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights, announced on Thursday she and fellow delegates would travel to Brussels and attempt to persuade the EU to allow them to not take up laws which would outlaw discrimination based on sexual orientation.
