Held at the Adelphi Theatre in London’s West End, the event invites audience members to take to the mic by performing their favourite song from the Tony-nominated show.

Today we can confirm that the special Pride event will be hosted by Lucie Jones, the new star of the Sara Bareilles’ musical. She will join GAY TIMES editor William J Connolly.

They will be accompanied by the show’s musical director Katharine Woolley.

“I can’t begin to tell you many times in my career I’ve had opportunities through the LGBTQ community that I otherwise would not have had – in my personal life as well,” Lucie told GAY TIMES.

“I really think it’s one of the kindest things we can do in life is to accept people.”

Lucie adding: “There’s no community that does that more than the LGBTQ community.”
