Hollyoaks star Kieron Richardson and his husband Carl Hyland have welcomed a set of twins to their family.
Richardson announced the news of their two newborn babies on Twitter in a beautifully simple post.
“Welcome Chase and Phoebe Rae,” the actor wrote.
The post also included a picture of their baby’s hospital bracelets which showed that they were born in the evening on Monday (May 22).
