‘She and I just had a very disappointing chat about you. We’ll talk soon…’

One troll has learned when you write homophobic racist language online, you’re going to be exposed as an idiot.

Pennsylvania state representative Brian Sims, who is gay, decided to give a troll a lesson he’ll never ever forget.

Earlier this week, the bigot posted ‘n*gger f*aggot* on the politician’s Facebook.

Instead of ignoring the message, Sims decided to look through the troll’s Facebook page and found something hilarious.

‘David, I can’t tell if you’re just a really dumb little boy or an angry bigot but I know for sure that you shouldn’t have posted your grandmother’s telephone number on your Facebook page,’ the representative wrote.

‘She and I just had a very disappointing chat about you. We’ll talk soon…’

Sharing the exchange on his Facebook page, he warned others:

‘Dear Bigots, posting your grandmother’s telephone number all over the same page you use to post slurs on other people’s pages is not going to end well for you.’

Responding to the shut down, his fans were living for Sims’ way of dealing with homophobic racists.

‘Oh my god Brian, how could I love you even more?’ one said.

‘This. This is how.’

Another said: ‘Leave it to the bigots to have a few screws loose when they post their racist and homophobic crap. I would have been tempted to read him in a way that was far less diplomatic, but that often plays right into their hands. Kudos to you.’

And another said: ‘That was a very clever and classy response, Brian. There’s nothing quite like being told off by a grandparent for irresponsible (or vile) behavior.’
