This is just the pick-me-up we needed. Check out this sweet Penn Station marriage proposal- accompanied by a Mariachi band -between Joey Grant Luther and his boyfriend Julio Nuño!
The proposal took place on Thursday and Joey chose the locale because that’s where they met!
