Meet the people who would want to join a site like this
There is now a dating site where everyone voted for Trump.
The twist is, even if you’re Republican, you can’t join if you’re gay.
Trump Dating is the latest niche dating site, and it appears to already be gaining popularity.

But many have questioned why you have to identify as either a straight man or straight woman to gain membership.
Amusingly, or perhaps this is more depressing, Trump.Dating has no problem if you’re looking to cheat on your spouse.
You can sign up to the site, noting you are ‘unhappily married’.
This is completely real.
Why start a site like this?
Sean McGrossier, founder and owner of Trump.Dating, said: ‘Every Trump supporter in America right now knows how hostile the political climate is, forced to hide our loud-and-proud support for the president in colleges, restaurants, chatrooms, and more.
‘With Trump.Dating, users don’t have to skirt around the awkward Trump question. They already know.’
He added: ‘This is the first modern, functional dating site designed by Trump supporters, for Trump supporters.
‘Users can rest assured every person they are talking to is behind the president, with red, white, and blue blood that flows for America each and every day.’

But who are the men and women looking for love?
When Gay Star News set up two fake accounts (one male, one female), we found the users to be entirely white.
There is also not a single person of color in the marketing or advertising.
It might read as a piece of satire, but the majority of the profiles appear to be real. It isn’t the only dating site based on voting for Trump either.
Here’s TexasBoy817, a 31-year-old man who says: ‘We need a wall.’
There’s ‘trumprules69’, a 26-year-old from Atlanta who wants you to know: ‘OMG trump is the best!’
And don’t forget this 23-year-old from Arkansas.
‘Trump loving God fearing gun toting redneck!’ she describes herself.
To use our best guess, we would say around 4/5ths of the male profiles appear to be genuine. We’d also say about at least a third of the female profiles are fakes or bots. But that might be just teething problems for the new dating website.
We messaged several users for their thoughts on the site banning gay people. GSN also included a brief explanation of who we were, and why we needed to make up a fake profile.
‘Fuck you,’ one man responded. ‘MAGA MAGA MAGA!’
