President-elect Donald Trump has already begun to step back from some of the bold claims that he made during his campaign.
Last night on 60 Minutes, he told Lesley Stahl that said that he will not mount a challenge to the Supreme Court decision that brought marriage equality to all 50 of the United States.
Watch:
Trump has also said he’s willing to keep (at least parts of) the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare).
Though he appears to have “softened” on gay marriage, Trump said that he still plants to deport 2-3 million undocumented immigrants.
“What we are going to do is get the people that are criminal and have criminal records, gang members, drug dealers, where a lot of these people, probably 2 million, it could be even 3 million, we are getting them out of our country or we are going to incarcerate.”
