Bianca Devins (image via Instagram)A 21-year-old k incel named Brandon Andrew Clark has been arrested and charged with the second-degree murder of 17-year-old “biromantic asexual” and social media personality Bianca Devins in Utica, New York. After stalking her, Clark allegedly slit Devins’ throat, posted images of her murdered body online and then unsuccessfully tried to slit his own throat.
