Gay dating app Scruff has agreed to buy embattled app Jack’d following a data breach scandal that leaked thousands of private photos of users.
Jack’d will still pay a $240,000 settlement fine as part of damage control for the data breach. The app claims to have over five million users worldwide.

Scruff, one of the most popular gay hookup apps, announced today that it will buy competing app, Jack’d, for an undisclosed amount. Combined, the two apps will have approximately 20 million users.
