Max Emerson and Andres Camilo reenact classic prom pose at West Point
A striking ‘prom’ photo of YouTube star Max Emerson and his boyfriend at West Point US Military Academy has gone viral.
Emerson and Andres Camilo are in a traditional prom pose with the military man’s arms wrapped around his partner’s waist.
So far, the image has gotten more than 34,500 ‘likes’ on Instagram.
They met on a dating app and the couple has been together for more than a year and went public about their relationship last June in a YouTube video.
Camilo works as a consultant in New York City and is a soldier in the National Guard.
Last week, Emerson posted an Instagram photo of himself at West Point on April Fools Day and joked: ‘Proud to announce that I’ve been accepted into #westPoint military academy and will begin training to become an #Army #officer this fall. Please help me thank @marcorubiofla for the nomination by commenting lots of rainbow flag emojis.’
