Taipei Pride 2017 Became The Largest Gay Pride In Asia
The biggest pride in Asia just took place this weekend at Taipei Pride.
The 15-year-old event hosted more than 118,000 people as Taiwan’s capital celebrated gay pride and also the legalization of gay marriage in the country earlier this year.

200 people gathered to participate in Soweto Pride in South Africa.
The Pride parade marched through sections like Meadowlands and Dobsonville in Soweto before eventually settling at Dorothy Nyembe Park, a subsection of Johannesburg in the country of South Africa, to protest the increasing hate crimes against LGBTQ people.

Ugandan police have blocked gay pride celebrations from happening in two resorts outside the capital, Kampala.
