Trans woman Aerrion Burnett murdered in the US
Aerrion Burnett, 37, is the 27th known trans person to have been killed in the US in 2020 after she was shot dead in Independence, Missouri last week. According to KCTV News, police were called to the crime scene after gunshots were heard at 3.40am on September 19, and Burnett’s body was shortly found nearby.Burnett’s friend Korea Kelly told KITV News: “She was a goddess.
