Rocky (Jewell) Riley, born Aug. 19, 1950, in Monroe, La., to William and Nancy Riley, died July 25. Rocky was an Army veteran who worked as a flight attendant for Braniff Airlines and an interior designer and remodeler. He was most recently retired and living out his life with his life partner and loving spouse of 27 years, Stephen Pecha.
