Megan Barton-Hanson soon came out as bisexual after her time on Love Island in 2018 - where she partnered up with now ex-boyfriend Wes Nelson.The 27 year old revealed that because she came out in the public eye, she felt a "lot of pressure" to show that she was interested in women and men following her appearance on the dating show. Megan began by explaining there is "only a handful" of lesbians in Essex as she continued: "Exploring your sexuality can be difficult, especially when you live somewhere rural or suburban.There must be at least a handful of lesbians in Essex, but there’s loads of gay clubs and no women anywhere!"
