Veteran comes out in his own obituary so he can “finally rest in peace”

Albany Times Union published the obituary for Col. Edward Thomas Ryan over the weekend. Ryan was a retired Colonel with the 10th Brigade, located on South Lake Avenue, N.Y.C.
