Martha Stewart pleas to Mariah Carey 'not to give up on Thanksgiving' and go straight to Christmas
With Halloween now in the rear-view mirror and the holidays fast approaching, Martha Stewart is making a plea to Christmas-obsessed Mariah Carey to not forget the Thanksgiving holiday.During an appearance on Today, the Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia founder, 81, called out Carey, 52, by name to ask her to not skip right from Halloween to Christmas, which has been her track record over the years.'Mariah, you know me, I'm a traditionalist with a twist.
And you cannot give up Thanksgiving just because you you don't like turkey,' Stewart, 81, said while looking into the camera, adding, 'I love turkey, and many, many other people love turkey.
So do not think we are going to give up Thanksgiving just because you say so.'
