Reading attacker given life sentence
26-year-old Khairi Saadallah, who pleaded guilty to murdering three gay men in Reading last year, has been sentenced to life in prison. The victims were James Furlong, a 36-year-old history teacher, David Wails, a 49-year-old scientist, and Joseph Ritchie-Bennett, a 39-year-old pharmaceutical worker, who were killed on June 20 2020 in the city’s Forbury Gardens.
