Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). Gemma Collins certainly knows how to start her day right as she slipped into her gym gear and headed out for a morning run. The 40-year-old TOWIE star, who has been on a serious health kick this year, appeared in high spirits as she captured a clip while jogging this morning.

In the video, that the GC shared with her 2.2 million Instagram followers, Gemma was glowing as she worked up a sweat while running down a country road.

For today's run, the blonde bombshell pulled her hair back and opted for a tight-fitting crop top and joggers. "Good morning!

I'm on my run this morning, we've got this girls," Gemma announced to the camera as she ran past. Alongside the clip, the reality star shared some words of encouragement with her fans, adding:
