Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.

GEMMA Collins says "everything happens for a reason" as she opens up about her traumatic miscarriage. The emotional 39-year-old was unaware she was four months pregnant when her unborn child died in 2012.
Looking back on the heartbreaking event, Gemma says it's taken time to move on from what happened to her. Gemma told the Mirror: "It was very traumatic at the time, it was very shocking actually. "Time's a healer.
And you know, as sad as it is, everything happens for a reason. "So it was just one of those things, unfortunately. But hey ho to the future." Gemma has always been honest about her dream of becoming a mum.
