Gemma Collins nominated for Nobel Peace Prize as she may solve North Korea crisis

Gemma Collins has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for her efforts to bring about "world peace". The 39-year-old TOWIE star was put up for the prestigious award by two YouTube pranksters and the nomination has actually been accepted.

YouTubers Josh Pieters and Archie Manners were able to officially put Gemma forward after they created The Romford Research Institute for Peace.

In their nomination, they argued that Gemma could solve the North Korean crisis. The comedy duo also put forward Kanye West and Mickey Mouse for the coveted award - which has previously been received by Dalai Lama, Barack Obama and Nelson Mandela.
