Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.

Gemma Collins showed off her dramatic weight loss during a mammoth bike ride around London city. The former TOWIE star, 39, wasn't shy to flaunt her shrinking frame during a whistle-stop tour of the capital.
She hopped onto a bike and cycled for hours to some of the city's hotspots as she became a tourist for the day. Gem looked noticeably slimmer as she wore a black tracksuit for her cycling session.
The reality star added a pink cap and bag for a splash of colour. Gem posed in front of Buckingham Palace as she stopped for a short break.
Cycling has become a firm new fitness favourite of Gemma's, which she mentioned in her caption. "I really love bike riding it's a great way to get your fitness up and so enjoyable!" she exclaimed.
