Gemma Collins has revealed she's "overwhelmed" by the response she's had to her 40th birthday.The former TOWIE star, who recently admitted she's "exhausted" after her dad's "scary" Covid-19 battle, took to her Instagram stories to post a snap of a massive balloon display she received in honour of her special day.The photo showed a glittery background with bright pink balloon letters that spelled out "GC" and "40", alongside an array of smaller balloons, including one shaped as a three-tier cake and another in the form of a Champagne bottle.The reality star thanked Balloon Walls UK before adding: "I'm so overwhelmed with the gifts flowers and everything being sent !!!
