Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.

Gemma Collins was showered with an outpouring of love from her ex-boyfriend James Argent as she celebrated her 40th birthday. The former Towie star admitted to feeling ‘overwhelmed’ after being treated to a huge balloon display on her milestone birthday.
In her Instagram stories, Gemma shared a photo of large pink helium balloons, which included ‘GC 40’, a pair of lips, a champagne bottle and lipstick against the backdrop of a sparkly wall.
She told fans: ‘I’m so overwhelmed with the gifts and flowers and everything being sent !!! Thank you.’ The reality star then reposted all the birthday messages she’d received from the likes of her former Dancing On Ice partner Matt Evers, Love Island star Amy Hart, and her ex Towie co-stars Chloe Sims.
