Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.

Gemma Collins has been struggling to relax in recent weeks, so the reality TV star opted to undergo cupping therapy.The former TOWIE star shared a series of pictures of her receiving the treatment on her Instagram stories.Gemma, 40, hoped a round of the treatment - which involves having a therapist place a number of glass cups on her back - would help her chill out and have some down time.The former Dancing On Ice star asked a friend to film her laying face-down on the therapist’s salon table, which appeared to be in the centre of someone’s living room.She explained to her millions of fans: "Guys I'm having cupping today."I’ve had so much going on and here goes the cupping."The practice involves having the glass cups connected to her skin.
