Earlier this month, their repressive ideals spilled into public view, with dump trucks literally emptying hundreds of books into the trash. The school also cleared out its Gender and Diversity Center, along with all books associated with the department.

Some of the discarded titles, per the Sarasota Herald-Tribune: “Nine and Counting: The Women of the Senate, The War of the Worlds and When I Knew, which is a collection of stories from LGBTQ+ people recounting when they knew they were gay.”Ron “Don’t Say Gay” DeSantis may be out of the national spotlight, but he’s still racking up Ls!As one could imagine, the visuals of the book dump were striking.DEVELOPING: New College of Florida dumped hundreds of library books this afternoon.
