Drag Race star Morphine “focusing on recovery” following car crash
RuPaul’s Drag Race star Morphine Love Dion has broken her silence after being injured in a serious car crash. On 21 July, the season 16 contestant was involved in a collision whilst travelling in an Uber with Canada’s Drag Race star Kaos, where she “suffered multiple injuries”.
Six individuals, including Morphine and Kaos, were taken to the hospital, while another individual tragically passed away from injuries sustained from the crash.
A statement shared to Morphine’s Instagram Story said the lip-sync assassin was “grateful to be alive”, while Kaos informed fans that she was on “bed rest”.
After a week of silence from Morphine, the star issued a “quick update” in which she expressed gratitude for “all the love and positive messages” from her followers.
