Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.
Gemma Collins apologises to James Argent for leaking savage texts calling her 'hippo'
Gemma Collins has apologised to James Argent for sharing explosive screenshots of their private text conversation. In now-deleted posts, Gemma shared a number of screenshots in which she and Arg clash - resulting in him branding her "hippo" and "fat f**k." The fiery spat appears to have started over Arg apparently paying for another woman - though it's unclear who this woman is question is, or what it means.
Arg allegedly asked Gemma recently if an open relationship between the two of them could work - with the pair reportedly splitting over it.
