Strictly Come Dancing professional Giovanni Pernice has finally spoken out about his relationship with Maura Higgins after the two went their separate ways.

Many rumours began to emerge as to why the two decided to split after four months together, especially as they had been quite public about their relationship on social media.

However, Giovanni, 31, has set the record straight when it comes to the rumours of any wrongdoings from either party as he admitted that ‘great relationships with great people can come to a natural end’.

This is what he claims happened between himself and the former Love Island contestant as he returned to the dance floor for the current season of Strictly Come Dancing.
