According to a new independent poll from Levada Center, a Russian non-governmental polling and sociological research organization, almost one in five (18 percent) of Russians believe that LGBTQ people should be “eliminated.”Levada researchers conducted the survey among 1,614 respondents in 50 Russian regions between February 20 and 26, 2020.
While the 18 percent tally is horrifying as is stands, the figure does show that it’s a slight improvement from 2015, when that number was 21 percent.Furthe
