She was crying because a first woman president did not materialize in spite of getting way more votes than a fascist wannabe.

For this, she was widely mocked meme. The one on the right sobbed Wednesday morning when Joe Biden was actually sworn in. She was crying because — as a QAnon believer — she was shocked that countless high-profile Democrats were not raped, arrested and/or murdered on live TV by Trump, as Q had promised.
