Throughout her storied career, pop icon Cyndi Lauper has always showed up for the LGBTQ community. Now, the superstar is ready to offer her help again through a brand-new initiative.

On Friday, Lauper and her nonprofit organization True Colors United launched their #ShowYourTrueColors campaign. Collaborating with social media app TikTok, the new campaign encourages young people to share their stories, coming out or otherwise, to help raise awareness for LGBTQ issues.
