GEMMA Collins has told fans how she FELL from a horse as she spent the afternoon at the stables with fiance Rami Hawash and her step son.

The former The Only Way Is Essex star headed to social media to detail how she was thrown from the horse on Sunday afternoon.

Gemma, 40, was joined by beau Rami and his son Tristan for the fun day out which she gave fans behind-the-scenes access from with a series of videos. "Guys, we're at the stables today - I've got Rami up on a horse," the reality TV began as she filmed her fiance riding around behind her.
