And that number doesn’t include five who are in runoffs. In Dallas, Tonya Parker ran unopposed in the primary and will be unopposed in the November general election.

As long as someone votes on Election Day, she’ll return to her court. Also assured re-election is Justice of the Peace Sara Martinez, who won her primary with 69 percent of the vote and is unopposed in November.

After the November election, she may be joined by Adam Swartz, who won his Justice of the Peace primary for Precinct 3, Place 1.
