bullying has told of the utter “turmoil” her family experienced as she vows to make life better for other young people across Scotland.
Margaret Wallace’s daughter Elizabeth, now 19, was in second year of high school when she was first subjected to relentless bullying by her peers.
The taunts continued to last for years and, despite Margaret’s best efforts, were not stopped by school action. Margaret, 52, along with husband William 53, and older children Katherine, 25 and William, 28, are now campaigning to change the way schools and local authorities respond to bullying and attempt to “drag the system into the 21 st century”.
