Gemma Collins has shared the great news that she hopes to have her dad back with her next week. Towie star Gemma told on her podcast that she'd had a ring from doctors to tell her that they'd seen Alan's condition improve, after he was hospitalised with Covid-19.

And she opened her latest BBC Sounds podcast by sharing the happy announcement. "I've had such a distressing time, due to my parents having Covid," Gemma told. "But I finally got a call from the doctor to say that my dad has been keeping really stable, and is coming down off of his breathing masks. "And we're hoping to have him home with us next week.
