Ari Gold has sadly died. The dance artist, who had just celebrated his birthday earlier in the month, passed away at the age of 47 after a battle with cancer, Out reported Sunday (February 14). Ari released seven albums in his career, which kicked off in the early 2000s, including songs like “Where the Music takes You” and “Wave of You.” The music video for that song was reportedly the first from an out LGBTQ-artist to premiere on Logo.
