Halle Maria Berry (born Maria Halle Berry; August 14, 1966) is an American actress. Berry won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in the romantic drama film Monster's Ball (2001), becoming the only woman of African American descent and the only woman of color to have won the award.

But while it's comic canon, Catwoman has yet to be portrayed as bisexual on-screen. Zoë's Catwoman predecessors include actors like Halle Berry, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Anne Hathaway.
When Pedestrian's Galea expressed joy towards “finally” seeing Catwoman portrayed as bisexual in Batman's cinematic universe, Zoë nodded: “I agree.” However, in another interview conducted by Galea for , The Batman director Matt Reeves agreed with the interpretation, but not as wholeheartedly as Zoë.
