After allegations came to light accusing conservative activist Matt Schlapp of groping a male staffer on Herschel Walker’s failed senatorial campaign, the former football star’s queer son tore into the conservative political activist, calling out his alleged hypocrisy.“So last night it came out that Matt Schlapp, a big-time conservative who preaches about family values and is married with five children, has been trying to cheat on his wife with men,” Christian Walker, 23, said in a TikTok video on Saturday.A man who worked for the elder Walker’s campaign claims Schlapp made “sustained” and “unwanted” sexual contact with him on October 19, when he was driving Schlapp back from a bar in Atlanta.Schlapp, 55, allegedly groped the staffer’s genitals unwantedly during a car ride and later invited the man to his hotel room.

The staffer documented his distress with the situation at the time in recorded videos, NBC News and The Daily Beast, the first outlet to break the news, report. In addition to being the chair of the American Conservative Union, Schlapp also serves as a leader in the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC).

He is married to a conservative political consultant, Mercedes Schlapp.CPAC has been criticized for hosting anti-LGBTQ+ speakers, but Schlapp has welcomed LGBTQ+ conservatives.“Matt Schlapp demonstrates a huge hypocrisy,” the younger Walker said in his video. “He loves to get on stage and preach about family values and morality and act like he’s holier than thou, and he can’t even stay loyal to his wife.
