Gemma Collins has shared her pride for herself as she battles two hidden health issues. The former The Only Way Is Essex star took to Instagram as she continued to show off her fitness and weight loss journey.

Gemma, who celebrates turning 41 today (Monday), was feeling proud of reaching her fitness goals as she completed a two-hour walk.

The reality TV favourite shared a video with her millions of Instagram followers while tackling the endless steps at Cliveden House. "After 2 hours walking and loving life I didn’t realize the only way back up was 172 steps," Gemma wrote alongside the post. "There was no way out!!!

Reaching my fitness goals feels great but there’s always that moment when you do feel like your going to die. "Well done @rami_hawash_ for keeping me going." Gemma then opened up about her health struggles.
