Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). Gemma Collins pushed herself to the limit as she continued with her health and fitness kick.The former The Only Way Is Essex star, who has lost over three stone over the last year, is back on track after indulging during the festive season.

And the 41 year old admitted she thought she was "going to die" as she ended a two-hour walk with a gruelling climb of 172 stairs.

In a clip shared on her Instagram page on Sunday evening, the reality star wore leopard print as she was supported by her fiancé Rami Hawash while making her way up the stairs.

Gemma appeared to be breaking a sweat but determinedly continued uphill to complete the walk as there was "no way out". Her other half Rami, who was filming her, could be heard in the background championing her efforts and then congratulating her as she reached the top. "Well done, baby, you're there.
