Gemma Collins has posted an adorable message she received from fiancé Rami Hawash for her birthday.The former TOWIE star, who turned 41 Monday, January 31, kept her celebrations low-key, but Essex businessman Rami was already sharing the love for his wife-to-be.The 48 year old and his son Tristan showed their love for the bubbly blonde beauty, who began her birthday in the hot tub.

Sharing a snap of the message on her Instagram Story, Gemma's beau gushed over their love, which all-in-all has spanned over two decades.

Rami had written: "The love of my life Gemma. "I am so happy to have you back in my life I have always dreamed and felt this would happen. "Me and Tristan are so lucky to have you in our lives, you are a wonderful partner and a fantastic step mum to Tristan.
