But now Gem has revealed her brand new glow-up on Instagram, proving she's doing just fine without her former flame. She even issued a message to her ex with her slogan T-shirt, which read: "You should really try and forget about me honey..." The reality TV star, 39, showed off her slimmer frame and bright Barbie blonde locks on her social media page, leaving fans in awe at her dramatic makeover.

Self-proclaimed diva Gemma looked incredible as she showed off her bronzed glow to her followers, posing in the savage T-shirt and white jeans.
