Joan Collins sells NYC pad with 16 closets worthy of ‘Dynasty’ for $2M

found a buyer for her swanky Midtown pied-à-terre at the Dorchester. The glam 87-year-old Brit actress/author and ’80s icon — who earned household name status stateside as Alexis Carrington Colby on “Dynasty” — was last asking $2 million for the eighth-floor unit at 110 E.

57th St. at Park Avenue. The property — smack dab on Billionaires Row — was on the market for a mere 52 days this time around, according to StreetEasy.

But it first went on the market for $2.89 million in 2011. (Collins bought it in 2002 but it is not clear for how much.) The three-bedroom, three bathroom co-op is 1,900 square feet.

It features three exposures, an open living/dining room, space for a home office — and 16 closets, according to the listing.
