Kevin Spacey May Be Extradited to U.K. Over Sexual Assault Charges

Kevin Spacey be extradited from the U.S. to face four counts of sexual assault if he doesn't return to the U.K. on his own, The Guardian reports.The U.K.

announced Thursday that they were bringing sexual assault charges against Spacey.“The CPS has authorized criminal charges against Kevin Spacey, 62, for four counts of sexual assault against three men,” said Rosemary Ainslie, head of the U.K.’s Crown Prosecution Service’s Special Crime Division, Variety reported.“He has also been charged with causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.

The charges follow a review of the evidence gathered by the Metropolitan Police in its investigation,” she said. “The Crown Prosecution Service [CPS] reminds all concerned that criminal proceedings against Mr.
