Online Extra: Two women occupy Castro house to protest SF homelessness

San Francisco police officers arrived Friday afternoon and stood outside a Castro home that had been occupied earlier in the day by two homeless women protesting Mayor London Breed's housing policies.

So far, authorities have taken no action at 4555 19th Street.

Couper Orona and Jess Gonzalez, associated with the housing rights group Reclaim SF, took inspiration from #Moms4Housing — the Oakland mothers who occupied a vacant house for two months before being evicted by the Alameda County
