Come richiesto il 7 aprile all’unanimità dall’Ufficio di presidenza della Commissione Giustizia del Senato su proposta del presidente leghista Andrea Ostellari, che si era appellato al Regolamento, Maria Elisabetta Alberti Casellati ha ieri disposto l’assegnazione in sede referente dei quattro ddl contro l’omotransfobia presentati a Palazzo Madama.

A questo punto la palla passa di nuovo ad Ostellari, perché, come ricordato dalla senatrice M5s Alessandra Maiorino, «questo significa che ora la commissione Giustizia ha la facoltà di iniziare l’esame dei testi».

Dovrà infatti adesso convocare nuovamente l’Ufficio di presidenza per abbinare i testi, compreso quello Zan già approvato alla Camera, e calendarizzare la discussione.
